Huge diversity is the first word that comes to mind when we think about Asian cuisine. However, one thing is certain: among a wide range of exotic flavors, everyone will surely find something for themselves. Flavors of Asia are undoubtedly juicy mangoes, characteristic in the taste of coriander or lemongrass, whose taste enriches many dishes.
Asian cuisine is a unique blend of flavors: sharpness, sweetness, bitterness, acidity, and saltiness. This is how true Asia tastes, the taste sensations are guaranteed! During your culinary journey, you will learn about such ingredients as kafir leaf, lemongrass, galangal root, and home-made aromatic dishes will be eaten together.

The menu includes a place for a Thai classic - Tom Kha Gai soup. There will be also a curry with beef based on home-made pasta and a dessert with the most popular Asian fruit - mango.
We do not forget about the green curry paste, which you will prepare yourself with aromatic ginger, galangal in a taste similar to ginger, garlic, shallots, kafir leaves, and lemongrass.

Marcin Morek has been interested in cooking for almost 15 years, when he first went to London and fell in love with Asian cuisine. He loves to travel far away, always tasting new dishes and learning local cuisine. As the years passed, his culinary preferences became more and spicier, hence his interest in Thai and Mexican cuisine.For two years he has been running a closed workshop for groups in the SMAKU Studio.He also works with Biobazaar, for which he prepares original Thai and Indian curry pastes and his own original sauces.
